360 Assessments

With our belief that ‘we don’t touch it if we can’t measure it’ we use customised 360 assessments before and after most of our programs. This allows the learner to set goals for themselves in the program, and for the Organisation to monitor ROI. Our 360 process is limitless on the amount of contributors which offers a more objective and inclusive view of the learner. We do not use the instrument to get ‘rid of someone’ but rather as a tool to build confidence develop critical skills.
